It has been a genuine pleasure to work with PJ Gallagher on this very vulnerable insight into topics of #mentalhealth & #mentalillness.
PJ rightly flags that not all circumstances are the same- something that WHO agrees with + EFPA & PSI advocate.
How do we move past the idea that wellness is a quick fix, but at the same time not miss the great supports that are there that can make all the difference if they are applied in the right way for our unique needs?
I hope this documentary, airing on Monday 20th May 2024, goes some way to helping us all think about that question, and to caring for each other as well as ourselves.
