Mosaics are pictures made up of many smaller tiles. It’s not possible to make a mosaic itself, but it is possible to place tiles in a pattern and the ‘mosaic’ looks after itself.
Action: Sometimes when change is difficult it’s because we’re focused on trying to change the result, or mosaic, rather than focusing on the elements that we have some control over, or placing the tiles. Clarify what you do have some control over and focus on that and allow the result, whilst helpful as a trajectory, to look after itself.
